In-app (primary)

Sign in at https://app.sionai.faith/sign-in?from=site, open Profile, and use Privacy Request to request account deletion or export your data.

Account deletion starts a 30-day cancellation window. You can cancel the deletion request before the erasure date. After that date, we erase personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Billing during cool-off

If you have an active subscription, renewal stops when you request deletion, but premium access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.

Account data erasure follows the Privacy Request schedule and may occur on a different date than subscription end.

You may also contact privacy@sionai.faith from the address on your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request.

What we remove

After the cool-off period we delete user-owned prayers, conversations, images, voice inputs, and related media, revoke sign-in access, and remove public share links tied to your account.

We retain minimal records where required for security, billing, tax, or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
